LIONS CLUBS SUPPORTING EYE CARE SINCE 1925

Lions Clubs have been "Knights of the Blind" since 1925.

In 1925, she attended the Lions Clubs International Convention at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio and challenged Lions to become "knights of the blind in the crusade against darkness." Since that time Lions Clubs in Northeast Ohio and in 200 countries all over the world have taken on eyeglass collections, vision screenings, eye surgeries, eye programs, and so much more.
